History: Sector-2 has been established in Dhaka from 2020.
Functional areas:
- Civil Surgeon Offices
- Upazila Health Complex
- Head office & all divisional offices of Health Directorate
- Ministry, Health services division
- Bangladesh shishu haspatal & Institute (Dhaka Shishu Hospital)
- Institute of Child & Mother Health, Matuail
- Pharmacy council of Bangladesh
- Community Clinic Health Care Trust
- All GOB Projects under Sanction / Grant: 24,
- Metro Thana Health Complexes and all of its sub centers
- National Center of Tuberculosis and Research,
- Other Tuberculosis Hospitals,
- Tuberculosis Clinics,
- Leprosy Hospitals.
Address: Directorate of Health Audit (3rd Floor), Audit Complex, Segunbagicha, Dhaka-1000.
Activities:
- Audit planning, Audit team formation, Audit supervision, Audit briefing etc of 561 auditable units. Relevant follow up after audit, QAC-1, broadsheet reply, issuing general and advance para, sending draft reports to report sector.
- Participation in bi-party/ tri-party meetings.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual report.
- Performing administrative activities and other responsibilities imposed by higher authority
